Letters to Pam
“I have to write to say how very pleased I and the rest of the family are with the way you looked after Minnie during her two-month stay with you. She is looking so well and is in such good condition. I will certainly have [no] hesitation calling on you when we go away again! It was so nice to know that during the very cold spell you had a heater on in each cat’s cage and they all had such a comfortable and roomy space to spend their time. Thank you so much Pam for all your wonderful care of Minnie and I did so appreciate your calls to update me on her progress.”
“A lovely cattery run by real cat lovers. Our cat is well looked after when he goes there for his holidays. We never have any worries leaving him there.”
“Thank you so much for looking after Socks and the regular updates, I was so worried he wouldn’t take to a cattery as he was a stray and I thought he may think that we were abandoning him but he’s back loving life and looks like he has been well pampered with you. I can’t thank you enough, see you next year”
